DryTec FG© from Arch Chemicals is a calcium hypochlorite product designed specifically for the food industry. Formulated with a food grade scale inhibitor, it is perfect not only for process heating and cooling disinfections but also product water disinfection. Calcium Hypochlorite offers many health and product quality benefits over sodium hypochlorite, as well as obvious safety benefits. Calcium Hypochlorite also produces a hypochlorous acid that is less likely to burn produce. DryTec FG is formed into Arch's patented briquette shape and is designed for use in the spray technology feeders.

Arch Chemicals Constant Chlor Plus and DryTec FG calcium hypochlorite products are formed to a specific density in a patented briquette shape. The briquette shape works to create a consistent surface area for uniform dissolution in the spray technology feeder. These products are formulated with a scale inhibitor to reduce maintenance frequency associated with calcium hypochlorite feed systems. These products meet AWWA standards and are NSF listed.
