Arch Chemical's new Constant Chlor MC4 Series of feeders offers powerful PLC controls, integrated containment and easy serviceability. Options include integrated load cells, touch screen interface and dosing pumps with SCADA interface. Feeders are available with hopper capacities of 50lbs, 150lbs, 500lbs and additional custom design capacities.

The Constant Chlor model MC4-50 calcium hypochlorite feeder incorporates Arch's patented spray technology which creates a consistent strength chlorine solution. The chlorine solution is made on demand and is injected via metering pump to multilple disinfection points. The MC-50 has a tablet hopper capacity of 50lbs. | The Constant Chlor Plus MC4-150 chlorinator is the second model from the new MC4 line of dry chlorine feeders from Arch. The feeder incorporates the same features as the MC4-50, but has the capacity to hold 150lbs of available chlorine in its hopper. The MC4-150 also comes standard with a touch screen interface for its PLC which holds many control algorithms for automated chlorine feed control. This feeder can be customized to include many options, including load cells, tablet level sensors and more.

Chemical Systems offers Arch Chemical IF3 and IF4 gravity feed systems based on the original spray technology. These feeder incorporate the spray technology that creates a consistent solution strenght, but does not require a metering pump to chlorinate. The system feeds via gravity evacuation or venturi. The system is a perfect fit for both industrial and agricultural applications.
